It’s Summer!

It’s summer! Time for walks in parks.

Time for lazy day activities.

Time for fresh seasonal foods.

I’ve been reading a little, but staying off the computer. The girl is at home so my concentration keeps being interrupted. For instance, I’m being asked to look at nail art and discuss Slip and Slides as I write this. Writing full posts is challenging, so my summer blogging schedule is going to be light from now until the fall.

I’m on the Twitter, still, so if you have any book recommendations or want to chat, come find me there.

  1. i get the same thing from The Girl. I was reading Atlas Shrugged yesterday and although it's not nearly as challenging a read as I thought, it still requires a bit of concentration and The Girl kept peppering me with smoothie recipes she wanted to try.

    1. Smoothies! It's microwave cakes in a cup at my house. We're running out of eggs.

  3. Hmmm...my daughter keeps hiding in her room reading, talking to her friends, and playing on the computer. I don't know whether I should be worried or grateful based on what Ti and you have said.

    1. There's lots of that too, but it seems as soon as I sit my butt down, she pops in, "Whatcha doing?"
