Some minions to do the housecleaning would be nice. I wonder where I can get some.
It's been a busy week. I took the girl school supplies shopping which was rather hectic. Then we suddenly got some hot weather and needed to take advantage of that while we could. So I don't have a lot of links for you all but here's what I did find.
*Whoa! This guy wants every book ever published.
*New words added to dictionary. Heaven help us.
*Dr Seuss is still writing!
*YA cover drama? No!
*Is there a gothic fiction revival? I hope so.
*This is pretty icky: a book about dieting aimed at kids 6-12.

ReplyDeleteA book about dieting for 6 year olds??? Oh, that makes me really sad. I work for the Sajai Foundation, a nonprofit that works to fight childhood obesity, and we advocate that the word "diet" never be used, nor any short term solution. Sigh.

ReplyDeleteI could use a few minions myself. One to do the chores, one to cook, one to go to work...I need multiple minions so I don't overwork them. I'm considerate like that.
