Tomorrow is Grading Day which means it'll be a busy day so I'm posting this a day early. You know, some weeks I find an abundance of links and some have crickets echoing through them. This seems to be a Cricket Week. If you've got something interesting, lay it out in the comments.
*Lots of blogs are discussing this list, EW's New Classics. Some I agree with (The Handmaid's Tale), others not so much (The Da Vinci Code?).
*An interesting challenge based on the book: How To Read and Why.
*I'm in blog love with Folding Trees. Check out the Maze Book Tutorial. A cute way to share a favorite quote or send a little love message. Incidentally, they are also collecting pics of paper cranes. An interesting project. Would you like to be a part?
*John has Lessing vs Mailer this week.
*The big book news is the Read-a-thon. I have no idea if I will be successful or not but I'm trying not to put pressure on myself. Check back here on Saturday to see how I make out.
Good luck to all my fellow participants!
