Absolutely beautiful scarf. I've been crocheting quite a bit lately, myself. Mostly hats that I send to a needy village in Mexico - in the mountains. It's been fun. The biggest problem I have is that my daughter loves them all and so I've made her 3 so far. A few years ago she and I crocheted up a storm of scarves. They were cute, but not quite so wonderful as yours.
Happiness is also not living in Nfld where they have been getting snow late into the season! I much prefer watching spring come to the area than shoveling myself out!
It's always great when the goldfinches return. Congrats on finishing your scarf.
