Beautiful! I think that the jars lined up on the counter always make up for the sweaty work of producing them. Well, unless it's 38 Celsius and you've still been stubborn enough to have the stove on...ugh.
I respect and admire people who take the time to learn and do "vanishing" crafts like canning (at least it seems like not very many people do it anymore).
